The PL-1500 combines quiet operation and low vibration in a sleek, attractive design. All sewing operations are displayed on the screen, so that even beginners can use the machine with complete confidence. Stitch width, stitch length and differential feed settings are straightforward using the dials located on the front panel. A lever method makes threading the lower looper quick and easy, and thread tension can be adjusted accurately by means of a dial.

2. The looper threading device eliminates threading difficulties.
This overlock machine is provided with a device for threading the thread through to the lower looper.

3. Various helpful electronic safety functions are provided with error messages on LCD.

If there is any abnormality in machine operation, the machine stops, and a flashing warning appears on the display screen to tell you what is wrong.
If the sewing method and material combination are not acceptable, an error message is displayed as shown in the above photo.
If you forget to lower the presser foot, the machine will not start.
If an excessive load is placed on the machine, the machine will detect this and automatically stop.
An error message is also displayed if the foot controller is depressed while the presser foot is raised, or if the motor is locked.

4. Useful mechanical feature
Bothersome operations such as threading needles with small eyes can be eliminated by using the needle threader to do it for you instead.

5. Stitch controls are all located on the front of the machine.
The adjustment dials for stitch width, stitch length and differential feed amount are all together on the front panel, so adjustments can be made simply at the turn of a dial without having to release the material.

6. Designed to be suitable for household use.
This overlock machine uses the home use needles and Handwheel turns counter clockwise as household overlock machines.
In addition, the thread tention disc opens and closes by raising or lowering the presser lifter lever.

7. A dust box is provided for catching scraps.
The plastic dust box helps you to keep the working environment clean.
